“RAIL TO SAIL” Radio Anniversary Contest Rules

In 2022, WPSN 1590 AM is 50 years old.  This year 95.3 DNH is 40 years old.  We are celebrating these milestone anniversaries with a special train ride aboard The Stourbridge Line and a giveaway of Classic Cruise 7, The Eastern Caribbean with Rockwell Travel.

On September 23rd 2022, at 6 p.m., listeners who had previously won a pair of “Rail to Trail” anniversary train ride tickets will board The Stourbridge Line for our anniversary train ride to White Mills.  At the Trackside Grove location in White Mills, listeners who won anniversary train ride tickets will have their names entered into a random drawing.  Only the winners of the “Rail to Trail” anniversary train tickets, (NOT THEIR GUEST) will be entered into the drawing.  One anniversary train ticket winner will be chosen at random from all entrees.  That person will win Classic Cruise 7, The Eastern Caribbean, March 21st through March 31st 2023 aboard the Norwegian Gem.

 

Here are the rules for the winner of Classic Cruise 7 from Rockwell Travel:

One grand prize winner will be selected to win an inside stateroom for 2 guests on the March 21, 2023, departure of the Norwegian Gem.  The prize includes an inside room for 2, including all taxes and port fees, onboard gratuities and round-trip transportation from the Honesdale area to the NYC pier. Winner will have the choice of one of the following packages:

Option A

• 250-minute Wi-Fi package (per room)

• $50 per port shore excursion credit (per room)

• 10 photo package (per room)

• $100 onboard credit (per room)

 

Option B (winner pays additional $218 per person):   

• Unlimited beverage package 

• 3-meal specialty dining package 

• 250-minutes of Wi-Fi (per room) 

• $50 per port excursion credit (per room) 

 

The winner has the option to pay the difference in cost to upgrade to a different stateroom category if they so choose. 

 

The winner would be responsible to follow any COVID protocols and requirements in place at time of sailing.

 

The winner must be one of the passengers on the reservation, the prize is non-transferrable.  The prize has no cash value, the winner either takes the cruise or forfeits the prize. If the cruise gets cancelled by the cruise line for any reason, no alternate prize will be awarded.

The approximate retail value of the prize is $2,658.

A total of 35 pair of anniversary train ride tickets will be awarded from entry box locations & on-air call ins.  Only the 35 people who won the tickets (NOT THEIR GUEST) will have a chance to win Classic Cruise 7.

At some point during the contest, prior to September 16th 2022, listeners will have a chance to call 95.3 DNH & Classic Hits 105.3 to win a pair of “Rail to Trail” anniversary train ride tickets.

Train ticket winners will be announced and finalized on September 16th.  A contestant may only win 1 pair of anniversary train ride tickets.  Only 1 pair of train ride tickets can be won per household.  A contestant can only submit one entrée per location.  Duplicates will be discarded.  Prizes have no cash value.  You must be present to win!

Contest/promotions winners may be required to present photo identification to claim a prize. Contest/promotions winners may be required to provide a valid tax ID number. A release may be required and by participating and/or accepting a prize constitutes permission to the sponsor, radio station, and its agencies to use the participant’s and/or winner’s name and likeness for promotional, broadcast, internet, advertising or trade purposes by 95.3 DNH, Classic Hits 105.3 or Wayne Pike News without further compensation.

Local, state and federal taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be issued a federal tax form if in one calendar year if the prize value of all prizes won in contests and promotions exceeds $600.

You must be 18 yrs of age to be eligible to play.

Employees of Bold Gold Media and their families are not eligible to win. 

​

Owners of participating businesses and their families are not eligible to win.
